Returns & Refunds Due to the made-to-order, custom-printed nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size selection mistakes, or buyer's remorse. However, we stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will make it right. To request a refund or replacement: Email us at hello@golazo.nyc within 14 days of delivery with: - Your order number - A clear description of the issue - Photos of the defect or problem We will work with our fulfillment partner to assess the issue and issue a replacement or refund within 5 business days. Please do not ship items back to us without prior authorization. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
